Cardmember ProtectSM from Adaptive Marketing LLC® offers members the convenience and security of knowing that their important cards are registered and that they’re only a toll-free call away from putting an Urgent Stop Notice on all their registered cards, if needed. CardmemberProtect members may access their benefits by calling Members Savings toll-free at 1-800-562-8869. (Be sure to have your Membership ID on hand when you log in or call. If you do not have your membership ID number, simply go to MembershipCenter.com and follow the instructions to locate it.)
CARD AND PROPERTY SERVICES*
- Register all of your cards with us, including credit cards, debit cards, ATM cards, gasoline cards, retail cards, travel cards and more.
- We'll issue Urgent Stop Notices and replacement card services for lost or stolen cards registered with us.
- Members may receive up to $2,500 in fraud restitution when you notify us within 24 hours of noticing that your registered debit or ATM cards are missing.
- Receive emergency cash assistance if your registered credit cards and cash are stolen or lost. (Subject to available credit limit. Member must be at least 100 miles away from home.)
- We inform credit card issuers of address changes, as well as add or remove members' cards from our registration service.
- Receive anti-theft labels that can be adhered to your credit cards to warn any unauthorized party that your cards are registered. These labels include our toll-free number.
